Our design combines diverse housing options with ground-floor retail and amenity spaces that activate the streetscape along 104th Avenue.

We've designed for the full spectrum of urban living. The unit mix responds to Surrey's housing needs with 49 studios, 213 one-bedroom units, 108 one-bedroom plus den configurations, and 137 two-bedroom homes. This range ensures the building can accommodate young professionals, growing families, and everyone in between.

Ground-floor retail along 104th Avenue creates an engaging pedestrian experience, while the residential podium offers a human-scaled transition to the tower above. Amenity spaces within the building foster community connections among residents.

This building launches a new era for the Bristol Estates site. Tower 1 demonstrates how thoughtful design can increase density while improving quality of life, creating a model for the four towers that will follow and establishing Bristol Estates as a true transit-oriented community.
