Celebrating the Canadian Architect Awards

We had an incredible evening at Massey College at the University of Toronto to celebrate at the Canadian Architect Awards of Excellence ceremony.

Our supportive housing project at 11 Brock Avenue was recognized with a Canadian Architect Award of Excellence! In collaboration with the City of Toronto, PARC, and Govan Brown, this project will deliver 42 new rent-geared-to-income and supportive homes, fostering community, dignity, and well-being. Set for completion in 2025, the building is thoughtfully designed to integrate into its neighborhood while providing a safe and secure space for residents.
