SvN Speaks — Upfront Carbon: NOW What?

Join us for a candid conversation about the future of embodied carbon policy, materials innovation, and systems change in city-building.

As cities continue to respond to the climate crisis, further shifts are needed in pursuit of deep decarbonization. Informed by our recent research publication, NOW: The Upfront Carbon Façade Materials Guide, we will discuss what’s working, what’s stalled, and what needs to change: from procurement reform to public policy, and incentive structures to new material standards.
