
Liana Bresler
Liana Bresler guides transformative projects from community centres and affordable housing to mobility infrastructure. As a Principal at SvN, she currently co-leads the integrated transit-oriented development team working on the Ontario Line TOC (Transit-Oriented Communities) program and as technical advisor to Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario. She prioritized people, accessibility and user experience in her work, aiming to create meaningful environments that truly serve the communities they're meant to support.
With over a decade of experience in new construction and complex renovations at all scales, Liana's recent work includes the Bob Rumball Centre Group Home for Deaf Youth and the Chabad of Midtown Childcare, Synagogue, and Community Centre. She led the design of the award-winning Lawrence Orton childcare facility with Toronto Community Housing, and served as project architect for Dixon Hall Youth Centre and Cambridge Library's main branch renovation.
Before joining SvN, Liana was an associate with LGA Architectural Partners in Toronto and worked for award-winning firms in New York and Barcelona.
